Yay! I got to run in the morning today! It was gorgeous out, none of this "low temperature of 92 degrees" or something. Weather.com says it is currently 79 degrees outside, and it sure felt nice. I hope I can continue to run in the morning. It feels better, and I don't wake up so stiff as I do when I run in the evening shortly before going to bed. Average pace today of 7:46/mile. I have also already lost a fair bit of weight, just from being able to track my food intake and see where my calories are coming from. Of course, having fast Sunday yesterday didn't hurt either . . . :) I am also planning on walking during lunch again today, which I did once last week and absolutely loved. |
