Lunch - 4 miles on the treadmill. I did a pyramid of sorts - starting out with 1/4 mile at 8:00 pace, then 1/2 mile at 7:30 pace, 1/2 mile at 7:00 pace, 1/2 mile at 6:40 pace, then 1/2 mile at 6:20 pace and then back down. Felt good, but I have noticed a slight amount of tenderness in my shins that I will have to keep an eye on. |
