1.5 miles with Sparky, then another 3 miles on my own. The first 2.1 miles were shod, then I decided to be adventurous and try another lap barefoot. It felt better than last time - at least my toes didn't get bruised, but I stepped on several small stones that bruised my forefoot a little. I may continue the adventure to toughen up my feet a little and see if it helps with my hip pain. |
